Finger Lakes FCU provided 32 grants, 30 for $3,000 to small businesses, and 2 for $5,000 to non-profits. Grant recipients from Clifton Springs, Fairport, Geneva, Ovid, Phelps, Rochester, and Waterloo. Read full story.
