Safekeeping Enhancements:

• Review your entire Safekeeping Holdings portfolio — now including pledged securities
• Initiate transactions from the your Safekeeping Holdings List
• Import Safekeeping trades from Excel spreadsheets directly into 1Link, allowing the processing of multiple transactions at the same time
• Input multiple Safekeeping trades to be processed per transaction type
• Try Safekeeping for FREE on the new 1Link system until 6/30/10, then enjoy lower Safekeeping fees

Funds Transfer Enhancements:

• Import Wire transactions from Excel spreadsheets directly into 1Link, allowing the processing of multiple wires at the same time
• Export wire transaction detail to assist in the processing of your OFAC files
• Process book wires to internal HLB accounts

 

Other Key Changes:

• You can process Book Wires between your own accounts or to other HLB Customer accounts provided you have the account information.
• All of your existing wire templates have been migrated to the new 1Link system.  You must review and approve the templates in the Wire Templates screen in order to use them.  Approving a template is very similar to signing a transaction.  Learn how to approve the template by watching the short tutorial on How to Sign a Transaction.

 

Stay informed of your payments by scheduling a Wire Draft Detail Report. The Wire Draft Detail Report is currently the only report you can schedule for e-mail delivery.  This report should be used to replace your current wire payment alerts.  You can schedule the report to be received monthly, daily or multiple times throughout the day.  For instructions, view the tutorial on How to Schedule a Wire Draft Detail Report Delivery. 

 

As a reminder, our 1Link Wire Transfer Window closes at 4:00 pm each day.

Advances Enhancements:

• Short-term forward-start Advances now available on Advance types listed below
• See your entire Outstanding Advances Portfolio in real-time
• Request real-time rate indications on Advance products where applicable

 

You can create the following Advance transactions through 1Link:

 

Type	Term
ARC Daily	1 Month
OLOC	Overnight
Short-Term Fixed	1 Week to Eleven Months (Other user-defined maturity, but not greater than 330 days)
Repo	1 Week to 6 Months (Other user-defined maturity, but not greater than 180 days)
Variable	User-defined maturity, but not greater than 330 days
Repo	Over 6 Months to 11 Months ($25 million per transaction limit until noon)
Longer Term Repo & Fixed	Repo: Over 11 Months to 5 Years Fixed: 1 to 5 Years ($25 million per transaction limit until noon)
