1Link Information Reporting

 

Add value to your membership by taking advantage of all the Information Reporting features 1Link offers. 

 

  • Prior and Current Day Reporting – Review, download, export, or print reports reflecting account balances and transaction details
  • Customize reports to meet your needs, e.g. list transactions over a specified amount to facilitate daily cash management
  • Access many HLB's standard daily and periodic reports at your convenience

 

Report Delivery Information* — Schedule automatic delivery of information to yourself and others in your institution via e-mail, such as:

 

  • Prior and Current Day Reports
  • Customized Reports
  • Special Reports
  • Safekeeping, Wire & Advances Reports

 

* Effective June 28, 2010, the HLB has expanded Report Delivery functionality on 1Link. You are now able to set up automatic delivery of your Prior Day, Payment, Custom, and Specials Reports to any e-mail address.

 

During the initial launch when this functionality was not available, reports that were set up in the “classic” 1Link system continued to be generated and sent to you via email (i.e., current and prior day custom reports and special reports such as your Daily Advice and Monthly Statement). Customers who were receiving these reports automatically will need to recreate their current delivery preferences in the new 1Link system prior to September 2, 2010 to receive these reports without interruption. Once you have successfully set-up these reports, please contact the 1Link Helpdesk at (800) 546-5101, select Option 1 or e-mail 1linkhelpdesk@fhlbny.com to request we discontinue delivery of your existing reports so you will not receive duplicate reports.

 

 

Alerts — Receive information on some event that has occurred or a trigger for something you may need to do, such as approve a transaction by scheduling Alerts. Please note that in this new 1Link System, Alerts replace ACNs; Automated Customer Notifications.

 

The following Alerts are currently available in the new 1Link system:

 

  • Advance Transaction Status – Alerts Users when an Advance is at a certain status
  • Safekeeping Transaction Status– Alerts Users when a Safekeeping Trade is at a certain status
  • Safekeeping Call Alert – Alerts Users 12 days prior to a Security in your portfolio being called
  • Safekeeping Maturity – Alerts Users 12 days in advance of any maturing security in their portfolio

 

We will notify Users as additional Alerts become available.
