Windows Administrator III

Function:
- Support the Help Desk function in assigning and/or completing help desk tickets
- Works with the vendor and the user in planning, implementation and change control, testing, documentation, performance monitoring, capacity planning, problem resolution, and disaster recovery set up for internet related platforms
- Design, implement and support Microsoft and other Windows implemented solutions, including, but not limited to MS Office and MS Exchange
Perform PC/LAN related assignments such as budget assistance, preventative maintenance issues, and support for hardware and operating systems
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of the following operating systems:
Windows OS - Desktop
Windows OS – Server - Must be able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Able to work flexible hours and schedule as required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Communicates clearly, presenting ideas concisely and in user-friendly language
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences preferred
- A minimum of one year experience designing and supporting distributed processing environments
