The President of the Federal Home Loan of New York

Alfred A. DelliBovi has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since November 1992. He leads a team of professionals at the $110 billion wholesale bank which provides liquidity to 320 neighborhood-based lenders in New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Mr. DelliBovi has earned national recognition as an authority on banking, the lending industry, housing, and public finance. He is a Board Member of the Regional Plan Association and of the Pentegra Group Defined Contribution Plan and a member of the Resolution Funding Corporation Directorate.
Previously, Mr. DelliBovi served as Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, from 1989 until 1992.
In May 1992, President Bush appointed Mr. DelliBovi Co-Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Recovery in Los Angeles.
Mr. DelliBovi served as a senior official at the U.S. Department of Transportation in the Reagan Administration.
Mr. DelliBovi was elected to four terms in the New York State Assembly.
Mr. DelliBovi is a native New Yorker.
